About us
We are here to help parents raise happy and healthy children
A good nights sleep is essential for everyone, especially children. Many children experience breathing problems during sleep without their parents even realizing it.
Getting enough air through an unblocked airway -during sleep and while awake- is a necessary step in developing good health for a lifetime, one night’s sleep at a time.

Who We Treat
Age-specific support for your littles

Children Ages 3-6
Establishing healthy breathing and swallowing patterns before adult teeth start to come in promotes jaw development from an early age. Starting early means your child may not need invasive treatments like adenoid and tonsil removal and tooth extractions in the future.

Children Ages 7-12
Addressing the underlying causes that lead to crowded teeth and poor jaw development before the jaws are fully developed allows us to unlock natural growth and development. Instead of waiting for all the adult teeth to come in we can build a great foundation early and may not need as much orthodontic intervention in the future.
Sleep disordered Breathing
Signs Parents Should Watch Out For
The most obvious sign a parent should watch out for is mouth breathing. Caregivers should notice if there are any breathing sounds, including snoring during sleep. Breathing should be through the nose and silent.
In addition to sleep-related signs, there may also be behavioral cues while your child is awake. Many children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often experience poor sleep, and the behavioral signs can overlap.
- Daytime drowsiness
- Trouble concentrating
- Irritability or moodiness
- Fidgeting and hyperactivity
Snoring
Waking Up Frequently
Bed Wetting
Teeth Grinding
